A Question about GW2 - Guild Wars Forums

Is GW2 going to have an open world like WoW and Everquest or will it have the portal system like GW currently has?

just wondering because I used to play Everquest and my main concern is that when i used to play, i would go hunting for high lvl stuff and when my group was just about to kill it a guy who was max lvl would come and kill what i was fighting and take all of the XP. This does happen in WoW also. Thats my main concern bcuz i would get PO'ed at ppl

Dude I already answered you on the Q&A forum. NOBODY KNOWS FOR SURE. Although instances were first invented to prevent spawn camping and kill stealing, and I can't see them going back to the classic system without first coming up for a solution to that.

It's a lonely world right now. I think open areas will be a real bonus. Next I want some world PVP
